During any disaster, the law enforcement is as integral to the mission, as are the citizens and the rescue teams, together all of whom who contribute towards disaster management, recovery, and future mitigation strategies. There are three stages of any disaster according to Bonkiewicz and Ruback (2010) and these are alarm stage, acute stage, and recovery stage. The alarm stage is when the natural disaster is about the strike and everybody is prepping up for it, followed by the acute stage, where the situation is encompassing the likely aftermath that a disaster is followed by and also when the disaster is in full swing. Finally the recovery stage sets in, where all the stakeholders are involved in crisis management and recovery to return back to normalcy. During
